Coordinates or Measures are out of bounds Why?

When I try to copy an annotation I get an error message say Coordinates or Measures are out of bounds.

This happens to me as well after I upgraded to the newest version. Please help. It was just fine before

I commonly have this problem when referencing a CAD file within GIS and tracing on top of the CAD layer. I'm not sure why this causes an issue, however, I am able to resolve by ensuring created vertices do not touch the CAD linework.

i think it's a 3D issue. I was having the same issue. I added a field and attributed with 0, then ran Feature to 3D by Attribute using my new field; the issue did not occur again.
