Hi,
I have Ascii csv files (LiDAR), and I want to create ESRI ASCII Raster (grid) text files, prior to converting to ESRI Grid.
I've tried various converters but they require raster information.
The csv files have been thinned and I need to get a complete coverage to create a surface model - Point to Raster leaves a very sparse grid.
Unfortunately we do not have 3D analyst licence, as I understand I could create a terrain dataset if we had this
