Does anyone know if there is a fairly simple solution to adding points along the perimeter of a circle? I would like to add a large number of points, distributed equally along the perimeter of a circle but I am not sure if there is a tool that will generate multiple points at one time.
Using Advanced editing tool Generalize to insert multiple vertices into the circle. Then, in ArcToolbox, using Feature Vertices To Points to create a feature class containing those points of the input generalized circle.
