With many companies utilizing the cloud, server and system control may come from a third party. As is the case for Amazon RDS, the default Oracle system administrator account is not accessible although the superuser account provided does have write access to disk space. However, the Create Geodatabase GUI window does not allow a GIS user to enter a different system administrator account for Oracle like it does when other SDE geodatabases are created. Please remove the default Oracle system administrator and allow GIS users to enter that information in the Create Geodatabase GUI window.
