Nice to have an upgrade for the tool that Michael Zeiler built for generating a vsd in Visio, basically, an upgrade to the original tool.

I completely agree.  The revised tool for ArcGIS 10 does not work for me after several attempts to reinstall the extension.

Yes, that will be very helpful (like RIGHT NOW). Other similar tools do not produce a good diagram.
