GREATER KAMPALA METROPOLITAN AREA COVID-19 ASSESSMENT
The Challenges to COVID-19 are critical and Innovation is central. As scientists on the frontline, we are called to drag the complexities of science to the simplicity of daily decision making in addressing the issues that continue to stalk the populace. In this vulnerability study; KCCA GIS Section, teamed up with the Institution of Surveyors Uganda (ISU) and Makerere University Dept. of Geomatics and land management Geo-information scientists to scale Vulnerability in the Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area (GKMPA). This notch of work infuses COVID-19 related policy decisions with efficacy and sustainability to a tune that rewards society with resilience and social economic equity.
