Data on excess mortality ratios and antibody test ratio results?

Does anyone have information on: 

1.)  Excess mortality ratios for terrain-specific populations

2.)  Antibody test ratio results on geographically smart samples

Any scale would be a good start.

Apologies for the delay. I would start with the Colorado COVID-19 data portal: Outbreak data | Colorado COVID-19 Updates. Unfortunately, I don't know of a dataset available in ArcGIS, at this time.
