One of my coworkers put this list together and I thought it was extremely valuable given the need to share maps and data with your communities during this time. These are all best practices that are important to aid in the success and security of your maps and data.

• Thumbnails – create a good thumbnail as a preview of your content.  Also “brand” your content to represent and indicate your organization
