Are there any tools out there that can read a *.gtf file and convert it into a shareable format for non-ArcGIS users like WKT2?
Hi, the only tool I know of is Blue Marble's Geographic Calculator (Export Transformation to WKT2 ). Should not be too hard to write a converter with Python to do GTF->WKT2.
