More description needed for each Community page (sub-headers?)

It would be great if each Community page had a short description on what the Community page is about or what it represents? As an example, there is a ton of products. Some of the names are not intuitive. What is Inspire? More description would be wonderful. Even a sub-header will be helpful.

Thank you @COSPNWGuy for this idea. This is a work in progress and we have a new component on the right navigation for all places to add an about or welcome message. We are working with our place managers to update, but it will take time to get them all updated. Thanks Simi.
