Increase the space for user names in Ideas

Very minor nitpick, but still:

For longer user names (for example, mine), there is not enough space in the post headings in Ideas. That leads to the post heading and text being mooshed together too tightly:

It works for normal thread posts:

Also, now that I can compare them directly: generally make the post heading of ideas resemble that of normal posts.

• space for user name
• more space below upper border
• font color of the date

Well, except that the date is under the name now... Which is not really a problem, but it is not in line with how it appears for shorter user names.
