Search Ideas

I'd like to search the Ideas space for a particular string.  I enter the string in the search bar, and of course it it finds a bazzillion records.  When I select the 'Type of Post' pulldown menu, I can't check Ideas.

Is there a way to search Ideas for a given string?

I don't see this same issue. Can you try entering the URL parameters and see if that works?

Not sure what that is doing: that url takes me right back to the main page.

That's odd. It was working before.

The full URL for a search for "panel" is this: https://community.esri.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?filter=includeIdeas&q=panel&include_idea...

Entering into a separate browser still pulls up the search page just fine.

I opened your url in an incognito window and it worked.  I then closed it, and logged out of the forum page.  But when I log back in, I'm faced with the same problem.  It's time for beer...

@JoeBorgione  I see the issue you are referring to. I will do some further investigation to understand why this is occurring.

I'd recommend for now when searching for a text string start from this page https://community.esri.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message and add your search term first to get results. Then use the Place and Type of Post filters to narrow down your search to find an idea in one or multiple places. Let me know if this helps for now.
