Can't Subscribe to any Community Places or Boards

I am logged in, but the "Subscribe" button grayed out on every place and board I visit.  The same is true for other members of my AGOL organization.  It would be very handy if I could subscribe to some of these community places.  Why wouldn't I be able to subscribe once logged in?

Hi @Craigalanlewis1,

 

I just checked your account and see your Esri Community profile email is not verified. I've gone ahead and verified your account so you should now be able to subscribe to Places, Boards and posts in Community.

I am experiencing the same issue.  It appears that my account is verified, but the subscribe option is grayed out.  This is happening to other users in my organization too.

Hi @SteveDemuth,

 

Taking a look at your account, I noticed your Esri Community profile email is not verified. I've gone ahead and verified your account on your behalf so you should now be able to subscribe to Places and Boards in Community!

Thank you!  How do I have other users in our organization verify their Esri community profile email addresses?

You're welcome! They can email the Esri Community team at esricommunity@esri.com and we'll work with them on verifying their Community account.

Sure thing! I just went ahead and verified your Esri Community account. Please go ahead and log out of your account and log back in to see these changes.
