How to organize systematized storage and management of land cadastre documents in oracle database using Arcgis 10.3.1 such as Word, PDP, excel, image, txt, etc.
We already have a program for managing land documents in the program "Quorum Land Management" tens of gigabytes of documents in the form of normal and scanned files .. And the inventory documents are scanned and stored in this program (in a network balloon) and plus this * .doc , * .docx, * .pdf files and they are systematized according to cadastral numbers.
Now we would like to keep all these documents in the database bundle of Oracle SDE + ArcGIS Server 10.3.1. And from the program "Quorum Land Management" we will refuse in the future.
What options do you use for systematized document storage? Maybe someone did before I will be glad to suggestions.
