Removing footer from BAO reports

How does one remove the Esri contact information from the footer on reports built in BAO?

I do not see this setting in the preferences.

There is no capability for removing the Esri attribution at the bottom of PDF reports. You could export the data in Excel and put it into your own report template if you have one.
