Some of our business data is sitting in CRM; we'd like to better integrate this data with our spatial data to improve the access to information of both systems. We have a few parts working through rest services where we can query GIS data from CRM to help populate forms (we are not using the ESRI CRM product - geocoding is not required for the most part - we have geometry for features where the business data is in CRM) Is anyone else working on similar issues? Any key lessons learned?
