How do you use online web maps and include them to help draw shape files?

Hi Everyone! After running in circles I was finally able to get the submarket shapefile! However, a contract addendum must be signed before receiving the file. I suggest reaching out to your local market analyst and customer service rep. to inquire about the addendum.
