geoenrich.arcgis.com is down

https://geoenrich.arcgis.com/  seems to be down. I am getting an HTTP 503 Error since 8:33 am MST. Anyone else having issues?

ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard  says that it is up. We keep getting errors.

It came back online about 9:15 am MST about a half an hour ago for me.

I want to know why it was down and why ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard did not show it was down.

It seems that all of arcgis.com is down today. I'd wait until tomorrow or so.

My main concern what that it was down and the status board never did say that geoenriching was down.
