File Name / Attach to Email Options

Greetings,

Is there currently a way to name the PDF file that is generated when reports are run?  Also, is it possible to attach the report file to the email instead of a link?

Currently when you select a report that you would like to run in BAO, the report is added to the Selected Reports queue. You have the option to ???Run now?????? for a quick report, or you can ???Run Selected Reports??? which will generate an order confirmation and email for all the reports in your queue.

When running a quick report, the PDF is opened in your default internet browser and you can hover over the bottom-center of the browser window to reveal an Adobe taskbar. Click the ???Save a copy??? button to open a file browser and navigate to the location you would like to store the PDF. You can then name the file and click ???Save???

When accessing your order confirmation via email, you should see two links listed in the email: View all reports in one file ???As a PDF document??? or ???As a ZIP document???

If you select the ZIP document option, this will prompt you to open or save a zipped folder of the reports that you ordered to your machine. Choose ???Save??? and navigate to the location you would like to store the zipped folder. Click ???Save??? once more. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the location of the zipped folder, right-click the folder and choose ???Extract All?????? > Extract. Right-click the .pdf file > Rename and type the desired name into the text-box.
