Connect our services to BAO?

I am using the 14 day trial right now and I see that I can import a maximum of 100 records and less than 1 MB sized file of either a shapefile or excel file. Is it possible to connect our services with Business Analyst Online and serve our data with your interface?

You found one way to import data, but there is another.  On the Research Market tab you can import up to 2000 locations for viewing on the map.

If you are thinking you would like to build a custom application that includes your data along with BAO functionality and reports, I suggest you look at the BAO API: http://www.esri.com/software/bao-api/index.html
