Lost story map

Hi there, in November I had a coursework project that involved the creation of a story map. Upon submission, some of my personal details on my ESRI account had been changed to ensure my work was submitted anonymously. Since however, I have been unable to access the story map. Is there anyway I could recover my work? I am looking to link it to my LinkedIn profile.

Hi Jay,

Sorry you are having trouble accessing your story map. If you are having trouble with your account I would try emailing Esri Customer Service at service@esri.com. Let them know your username and perhaps they will be able to find it and see if your story map is still available.
