Track down data and permissions for Storymap

I am trying to find the original source files for this storymap:

The map was produced by a member of our organization (who is no longer here) several years ago and we can no longer locate the source files. Is there a place in the source code that identifies under what account the storymap was publisher and what layers if any it is linking to?

The web map id for the web map used in the app is e433e25a1e354552b04ba348a3f4d5c5, so you should be able to access that at: http://austin.maps.arcgis.com//home/item.html?id=e433e25a1e354552b04ba348a3f4d5c5 .

I saw the map id, but unfortunately it doesn’t bring me anywhere.

Sorry about that, was looking at the wrong id.  This should do it:  http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=00fe15521df741f9b92e78623e4d1126.  And for the layer: http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=1e7ca579279d41b9bb4657ef9de2945c.
