Story Map Tour builder.  It would be nice if at this time the builder tool was able to recognize that the uploaded .CSV file had address fields and prompted to geocode the address if it does not find the Lat, Long fields in the file.  Most users do not have the lat, longs and being able to simply load up a .CSV file makes this template so powerful.  If it would just extend to geocode addresses that would be excellent update to this popular template.

Hi Dennis. It's a limitation of the Story Map Tour Builder and we have that on our enhancement list. The workaround is to start by making a web map in ArcGIS and uploading your address-based CSV into that map, then share that web map and publish it as a Story Map Tour. The Story Map Tour builder will load in that web map and recognize the point layer it contains. You can also do the same workflow with a shapefile or feature service in the web map.
