Hi I was wondering if the ArcGIS online hosted version's 'Map Tour' story map has ability to configure optional zoom scales for story points. Is it only possible in download template version? I saw a few discussions you can set zoomLevel.

In my hosted version I see the Zoom level tab in the setting, however, the drop-down menu is not editable.

Need your advise or comments, thank you!

Hi Howard

Thanks for bring this to our attention. This is happening because the layer you are using for the basemap in your web map is not a cached layer:

http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=6f2bc17dddb84d64a4f16863a1e13a5e

The Zoom Level option in the Map Tour builder expects the basemap to be cached in order to derive its set of available zoom levels.  I've also logged that limitation here too. You could cache your basemap in order to get zoom level support, or use one of the standard cached basemaps and then add your uncached layer on top of that (not as the basemap).

Hi, that dropdown should be working OK. Is your Story Map Tour public and if so could you paste a link so we can take a look. I can't think of anything that would prevent that dropdown being available
