Hi!  Working in Cascade Builder and I'm having trouble linking to an image.  I get the message "The file you are trying to add is missing or not accessible.  Please check the address and try again".  The link/URL is working however - and I have tested this in a story map journal template.  Any ideas?

Hi Nadia -- Sorry you are having trouble adding your image to a story. Can you try again? It appears to be working for me. Perhaps there was a temporary glitch with your web server? I've added to the cover and to the story in the screenshot below.

Could you paste the URL of the image into this thread so we can try it out?

Hi Owen,

Thanks for this.  I have tested it on my end and I'm still getting the same error message.  Had a closer look and it seems to be redirecting my URL from https:// to http:// and therefore I'm getting a '502 connection refused'.

Taking into account that it works for you on your end - this has helped me pinpoint that I'll have a chat to our systems team (e.g. check web proxy).

Cheers - Nadia
