Custom Basemap for Shortlist App

How can I use a custom basemap for the Shortlist App?

I can add one into the ArcGIS Online map (when I add my Shortlist Points), but the Index.html will not load with the custom basemap.

What type of custom basemap do you want to use? It should just work as long as your custom basemap is publicly accessible.

Answer (from ESRI Tech Support):  Using a basemap that has a projection other than Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere causes the shortlist application to continuously spin and not load. 

BUG:  NIM099707

They're working on a fix.  Alternate Solution - publish the basemap service in Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere.  (This worked like a charm).
