Some label disappear when remove duplicates (Maplex)

Hi 

I am working with Arcmap 10.6 using cadastral feature class.

I want to label the cadastral per house number. Some lots have duplicated numbers so I removed them using Maplex. The problem is when using "remove duplicate" some lots disappear the lot number (in the table of attribute the lots have house number).

Could you please let me know which is the problem.
