How to get rid of line in polygon feature?

hello all, i attached a photo of what i'm working on. In the green polygon, there is a line that streaks across it and was wondering if there any tools to get rid of that line  so the entire polygon is one green polygon without the line? Are there any geoprocessing tools in arcmap or qgis to fix this ?

set the outline color to same as the fill color is your quickest option,

That looks like an artifact of some data conversion process,
