ArcGIS Pro 2.2.4 - Resolve Road Conflicts not performing!

Hi,

Has anybody ever used the tool Cartogrphy Tools -> Graphic Conflicts -> Resolve Road Conflicts correctly?

I have a project in Albers Equal Area in (NAD27) with meters as Linear Units. And I have a polyline feature class stored in FGDB also in Albers Equal Area (NAD27).

I checked the polyline feature class to be single part and has a field named HIERARCHY set to 1 in order to make line colors visually distinct, side by side.

When I run the tool, Displacement polygon are generated (insignificant though) but the visual output is unchanged, as show below:

Is there anything I missed?
