Does anyone have tools, workflows or extensions they use to integrate CAD Annotations to existing Spatial Features in an Enterprise Database? We have a lot of good elevation data (from multiple surveys) that I want to update for our pipes, inlets and manholes. In the past I've manually entered data on smaller projects. These surveys cover more than 100 acres, so I'm trying to find the best approach to update my attributes.
