Both the DatePicker and InputDatePicker have a range option.
The TimePickers should have a range option also. Or add a time option on the Date Pickers.
Calcite is considering some opportunities of improvement to the Date and Time pickers, and have listed the Time range as an option for inclusion: https://github.com/Esri/calcite-components/issues/6714.
