Great story on how the GIS team at Miami-Dade County Communications, Information and Technology Department (CITD) supports the airport organization with deploying ArcGIS to meet the Miami-Dade Aviation Department's mission, needs and priorities.  I'm proud to share that the GIS professionals I interact with via the Esri Advantage Program are quoted here for their work supporting the emphasis on concessions across the airport.

Deploying floor aware Indoors maps and applications brings concession data to life for stakeholders and executives to stay informed and enable better decision making.  I could talk about this integration with CAD, BIM, leasing documents, and ArcGIS all day long, but please see Kimberly Hartley's excellent article at this link for the whole journey and story at MIA.
