I click the name of a rule and hitting backspace, trying to rename it. This instantly marks the rule for deletion! Since there is no "undo", there should be a confirmation dialog. Or backspace should not delete the entire rule. Or there should be an "undo" or "discard changes" option.
Workaround: I closed the window and clicked "Discard" when prompted to save changes. Then I had to re-open to continue working.
