I have designed multiple field forms in ArcStudio which have been working perfectly for several years on multiple Juno 3B units. Recently, I have had panicked calls from people out collecting data, because the form has disappeared and all they see is the attribute table (Feature Properties dialog box). It has happened on multiple units and in multiple forms but not on all of them. One day the form works and the next day it has disappeared. Each time I have to replace the apl file associated with the form in order to get it working again.
At first I thought it was something to do with modifications I made to the form, however it has now happened on a unmodified form.
When I open these affected apl files in ArcStudio, EDITFORM has disappeared.
I can't figure out what is causing this!
