Connecting ArPad and Zeno Field to a base,

We have purchased the Leica CS25 which is provided by Zeno Field software to capture data from ground. This device is connected to a base to correct the captured points to reach a level of accuracy of +/- 2cm. The settings and configuration between the Leica CS25 and the base is done as shown in the screenshot below (where the server name, address and port are filled to have the connection via internet):

My inquiry here is if the ArcPad can be connected to such base without the need to have the Zeno Field. If it is possible, then from where such settings are added to the ArcPad to get connected to a base?

Thank you

Best

No, ArcPad is not capable of doing this task. This is the responsibility of the GNSS manufacturer, in this case Leica. This task is completed through Leica Zeno Connect. Zeno Connect will then run in parallel to Esri ArcPad and provide the necessary GNSS positioning.
