What is the name for the Roads and Highways libraries?

Looking for some documentation and location of the libraries for the Roads and Highways Extensions. I'm trying to get the M value of a point along a route, but I'm getting a NaN value when using the general LRS tools. Would like to see if I get a different result if I access the routes via R&H abojects.
