Refresh the contents of the open at this time of the attribute table

Programmatically add records to FeatureClass, "extracted" from the layer on the map.
Update ActiveView - no problem - added objects appear on the map after ActiveView.Refresh.
Is it possible to update the contents of the open at this time of the attribute table this FeatureClass?
Or just close and reopen?
