I have a set of applications which are compiled using 9.3.1 and .NET Framework 2. When I try to run these under 10 I get an error message on load:

I can't recompile the applications under 10 because I don't have it easily available (I'm doing demos on it only).
Is there some way to compile them under 9.3.1 so that they work in 10?
