Get clicked row in attribute table view (C#)

Hi
I need to add a menuitem to the context menu on the attribute table view (ArcMAP) where I need to get the clicked row. I can't seem to find any helpful interfaces in ArcObjects, so does anyone have some great tips/suggestions ?
