ESRIRegasm.exe Registers fine but can't unregister

is there some reason that I can register my assemblies just fine using the esriregasm utility but it fails when i try to unregister these assemblies? i ran this through the debug console and it always throws an exception on the unregister

can anyone enlighten me what that error code means??

thanks for the link, i had read that yesterday but i guess with a fresh mind this morning it clicked and everything is working fine
