Auto-generate a geoprocessing tool implementation - Eclipse IDE

Hi,
I have a problem while trying to auto-generate a geoprocessing tool implementation in Eclipse IDE: within ESRI Templates node in the "New" wizard dialog box, ArcGIS Extension is not being shown.

I have installed all Eclipse plug-ins but I do not know what is the problem.
