ArcGIS Server 10 SP3 upgrade ArcObjects exception HRESULT: 0x80028019 (TYPE_E_UNSUPFO

Hello,

We just upgraded to SP3 for AGS and we are now getting this error in our application

"Old Format or invalid type library. Exception(from HRESULT: 0x80028019 (TYPE_E_UNSUPFORMAT))" when we try to fetch layer data from ArcSDE through an ArcObjects connection from ArcGIS server.


Any ideas what changed from SP2->SP3 that would cause this?


details:
Windows server 2008 r2 x64
sqlserver 2008 r2 standard with ArcSDE10
it is an asp.net 4.0 C# application

Getting the same after applying SP3 from SP1, with Oracle 11g as backend.

Did you get anywhere with this?
