AoInitialize Initialize crash

Hi,

I'm trying to run the Geoprocessor with IIS express and I use AoInitialize  before I run the process.  After a while the code line below crashes the system without any error indication or a com exception:  

" aoInit.Initialize(esriLicenseProductCode.esriLicenseProductCodeArcServer)" . I can't find any indication or documentation for that. 

ArcObject version: 10.4

ArcGisServer version: 10.4

You probably did, but just to double check, did you make sure to compile your project targeting 64bit?
