Print to pdf - all red colors for background

Hi all,

I'm on WIN10 and Arcmap 10.7.1.

I've recently (within a month) started getting pdf prints that are printed with a red background. The electronic file looks perfect, but when it's a hardcopy, it's unreadable for the most part.

I've changed settings from print and switched to export, still no good. I've downsampled to 200dpi and low res, and still no change.

I've sent this pdf to other printers and it's not the printer. 

Any ideas?

Looks like it's Adobe's fault. You need to "print to image". You can find it in the settings and preferences when you start to print.
