How to assign multiple Customize keyboard shortcut keys at a time In Arcgis 10.1 and 10.2.1?

Hi Dear,

I have attached the below image for reference I want to apply to assign multiple Customize keyboard shortcut keys at a time. any possible to apply, or any arcpy or any tools available. if anyone knows plz help me.

because every time changing the Customize keyboard shortcut keys peoples from my MXD file.
