One of my users is having problems with one side of the dataframe being blank in an Arcmap layout when she zooms in to a scale of about 200 or less.
- Part of the World Imagery basemap loads on the left side, but it goes into indefinite loading mode and the right side of the dataframe is blank.
- It only happens in layout view.
- It only happens on her computer. I can see it fine on my computer.
- It happens no matter what her location is.
- We've cleared her cache.
- She's signed in to her account through ArcMap.
Any thoughts?
