Workforce for ArcGIS not working on Samsung S20/newer Androids

Is there going to be an update to allow Workforce to work on newer versions of Androids? We have some field workers wither newer phones who cannot open Workforce. They get this error every time they open it: 

"This app was built for an older version of Android and may not work properly"

We haven't had any issues with IOS devices.
