I'm figuring out if it could be possible from Collector to trigger an assignment action to Workforce from the filling form when the question is False to notify an incident?
This could be very handy, even when inspecting frequently asset from utilities network. I'm facing to a challenge where I have been asked to build a Collector form where the field worker has to make assignment from Collector when the answer of the presence of the asset is no.
Is it possible to handle this kind of actions using both Collector and Workforce?
