I have created a project in Workforce where I would like to for my field workers complete a survey in survey123 before they complete their assignment. I can't however see where I can force this to happen. Does anyone know how to do this?
I don't think there is a way to force the survey completion in the app. That would probably come down to a human resources management function.
I assume that you have already enabled the Survey123 app integration with that assignment type? (or for all assignment types). That is required to allow a survey to be taken from the workforce app.
I also met with some Esri UK reps. after I posted this and they had the same response as yourself. There is no way of forcing users to fill out the form before completing the assignment. Though they did think this was a good function to be added....
