How are people reopening closed jobs? Sometimes jobs that are prematurely closed are required to be reopened as they are not finished.
In our classic environment, we used a reopen assignments map in AGOL to change the status back to assigned or unassigned. This worked flawlessly.
With the new workforce, it looks like you need to also delete the 'complete date' 'assign date', and 'workerID'. This works fine for the job in the cloud but causes a problem for the assignee who completed it on their device.
The job is now stuck on their phone as 'Completed' and won't revert like a record in a normal collector map would if you changed a status there. The user isn't always able to choose reset assignment on their device as the completed job stored on the phone will disappear if the user reloads the map or removes it from the device and downloads it again.
